Hit tennis balls longer and walked faster. Unless I loose about 50 pounds I don’t think I’ll be playing tennis matches anytime soon.
The loop where we live is almost a quarter mile. I will walk the outer perimeter tomorrow to see if that gets me closer to a mile. Also going to try and add 10 jogging paces every home. I did that in sterling oaks after the knee replacement. I walk between drives and run alternating. So id get 50 feet of walking and 50 feet of jogging.
