Weight up and down.

Up .7, down .7, up .4, up .5, down 1, down .5, up 1.2
Up .7, down .7, up .4, up .5, down 1, down .5, up 1.2

Calories in are fairly constant. Calories burnt varies but I’m trying to consistently burn extra calories by doing something.

Suffice to say I need to work at getting the sum of the bmr calories plus the exercise calories to exceed the food calories every day.


Conclusion I’m either eating too much, not exercising enough or both.
