Another plateau. Down .4 over yesterday’s morning weigh in, but the weigh in after walking I’m up .8. Got to go walk soon.
I went through and corrected more errors in my tracking spreadsheet and created some new graphs to help me watch progress.
Here’s the calories in and out. The food calories is a hopefully fairly good estimate of what I’ve consumed. The exercise calories is the “extra” calories burned doing some type of exercise. The BMR is your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR); which is the number of calories you'd burn if you stayed in bed all day. It’s a calculation based upon age and weight. As you loose your number will drop. So the sum ox exercise calories plus BMR minus your food calories if you want to loose weight needs to be negative. So given that the number isn’t negative the weight will be a struggle to shed. I need to either curb my intake, up my output or both. UGH.
