At the morning weigh in I’m up 1.1. Distressing and depressing. So I need to watch what I’m eating much closer and track accurately. Last nights supper was probably more than the 900 calories I estimated. The restaurant doesn’t list calories. If we didn’t eat every meal out I could track better. I could control better by just eating half of what’s in front on me.
