When I weighed in this morning I thought I had gained a bit. Fortunately, at least for my peace of mind I was mistaken. Down .8 in 3 days.
I’ve been slowly curbing things and working on my impulse eating. I’ve been walking daily now for two weeks. Usually between 1.25 and 1.5. Nothing crazy as my left knee tells me when to start the return trip. My times are in the 19.30 to 20 minutes for a mile. I think I’m moving at a good pace until I get passed.
This coming Monday I’ll layer in the chair yoga and Royal Canadian exercises. Then the following Monday I’ll add back the dumbbells.
Just taking it slow instead of the usual mental ways that I approach problems.
