After 30 full days, I'm down 10.3 pounds. Gained a bit yesterday as I didn't exercise at all. That will be rectified soon. Hopefully, the next 30 days will get me another 8 to 12 pounds. That will put me at 220. That was about what I weighed in Florida.
UPDATE: Hit some tennis balls in the heat and actually weighed in at 231.6. Then sadly ate a bit too much crap at the end of the day.
