Up down. In trying to determine these wild variances I'm beginning to suspect the scale. The placement on the floor is crucial. If I was home, I could place it and leave it, but here space is a premium so each day I have to take the scale from its resting space and try and place it on the floor. I may have gotten some favorable weigh ins not realizing that the scale is crap. The running average weight loss is .23 per day, which gets me 1.6 pounds per week. Earlier I had a few days where the daily loss was .4x. I need to get to a daily average of .3x.
Been 10 days of rebounds.
Still unsure if its food calorie tracking or the weigh ins being flawed! I think I'm leaning towards the scale. I can solve the calorie tracking, by trying to track better. Need to start being specific instead of rough guessing portion size.
