Finally, broke free of a three-day plateau in spite of eating some empty calories yesterday. Took three tries to "place" the scale. I had what I thought was a good place yesterday which today resulted in a 4-pound swing. So, in the grand scheme of things do I weigh 4 pound heavier than what I've logged or is what I've logged correct!
Those wild swings early on may have been bad recordings.
