1 pound since last weigh in. 2.8 pounds in 5 days. Target is 2 pounds per week. Long way to go. Watched my intake closely yesterday. No junk or crap.
As to the AFIB status, I’m catching normal rhythms about 30/40% of the time. Earlier in the week is was 0%. However that could be the pacemaker. One more week and we find out next steps.
