The first of many plateaus that will occur. It’s not a bad one, .2 pounds, but it is irksome. So this mornings weight is 240.5. My starting weight was 244.1. So after a week I’m down 4.4 pounds. I really didn’t work hard this week limiting my exercise to some daily walks of 1.5 to 2.5 miles. This week I’ll add some light exercise and maybe start riding the bike. Dunno.
