Weak back - UPDATE

Can’t do much. As long as I move slowly the discomfort is tolerable.

Still periods of pain and discomfort. Getting into and out of the car is horrible.

The steroids seemed to work initially, but the improvement stopped after day 3. The muscle relaxers did nothing.

Pt starts next week.
