I’ve made a concerted effort to up my activity level to stop being so sloth like and to test/stress the heart over the past 7 days. I’ve walked everyday and did something in the yard 4 out of the past 7 days. I’ve also upped my water intake.
After this morning’s activities I got on the scale.
244.1. KRAP
Up 5 pounds in 5 days. I just don’t think that I’ve eaten that much in extra calories. Either I’m doing a poor job of logging meals or it the 80 ounces of water I’m drinking.
Tomorrow I’ll take some weekly body measurement to evaluate progress from that angle.
