Well early on, I've encountered my first plateau. The weight loss is going in the wrong direction which always occurs as the body makes adjustments. I think this one may be self-induced. My caloric intake has been relatively constant, but my working out hasn't raised my metabolism much over the last 3 or 4 days. Today, I'll be out in the yard getting rid of leaves so that should trigger or restart my weight loss in a downward trend.
