Great Progress but Too Fast!

Updated: Jun 10

Over the past 2 days (Monday and Tuesday) I've been engaged in my annual leaf removal and reduction exercise. The project involves taking leaves from the non-wood area of the property and moving them to the woods. Then I shred the leaves in the woods to speed up the conversion to soil process. I used to get rid of the leaves, but I found that the lack of shredded leaves was allowing rain to wash through the woods dragging sand into the back yard. That erosion has been stopped. This exercise is pretty labor intensive.

Yesterday although my food intake was about the same as in previous day my weight loss was a bit higher than expected. I had 1.7 from yesterday and 1.5 from the previous day. My goal is only 1.5 to 2 pounds per week. The other thing about yesterday, I forgot to drink water. So my fluid intake was lower than it should be.
