I don’t think I’ll make it back to tennis with people. I’ve got to lose a bit of weight which I think given time and consistent intake management I can do it. The problem is any type of weight bearing exercise just triggers so much knee pain.
Went for two 1 mile walks today. One in the morning and one in the evening. Both triggered quite a bit of pain shortly after the walk started.
