Rainy Cold Week

The title says it all. It’s been a rainy and cold week. There was snow north and west of us in New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine.

A neighbor asked for some help in moving a sleep sofa he bought. There were two neighbors, me and my truck involved in moving the sofa. It wasn’t too heavy. Took a bit of twisting to get it out. Moving into their place was fairly easy.

The weight is still messed up. I loose 1.8 pounds over 3 days and gain back 1.4 in one day with a similar number of calories across the previous 4 days.

Managed to pull two days together in a row on my exercise plan and piano practice. Then we had some visit complications.

The property manager gave me some incorrect info. She thought the grass pavers were now counted as hardscape. Also thought that a permit needed to be required for modifications to green space. Grass pavers if maintained properly doesn’t count as hardscape and a permit isn’t required when modifying green space.
