Rude neighbors

Their company parked in one of the new units to be sold. That violates park rules, but this place has been the wild west the last 35 years with no sheriff. Then they’ve been all over my yard trying to fly a kite. The issue isn’t walking across the yard, its the noise they’re making. They’ve woken me twice.
