The Daily Weigh In

Weight is down for 4 days then for 4 days it creeps back up. The calories are pretty much constant at 2200 to 2400. The liquid consumption is fairly constant at 70 to 80 ounces per day. I don’t think I’m retaining water. The one thing that does vary is calories burnt. If I spend time outside doing chores the following day the weight trends down. In days when I don’t have chores or the weather doesn’t allow it the following day the weight trends upward.


Point A - Arrived in Maine. Lots of activity unloading, organizing and working on opening up.

Point B - 5/20 Tuesday

Point C - 5/27 Tuesday

Point D - 6/02 Monday

The weather in Maine rained during the days leading up to 5/20 and 5/27. The dates following involved some level of heightened activity. This past weekend I did nothing but watched tennis. Need to get up off the couch.
