Week 2 - Check In

After a plateau last week which I think was a combination of no aerobic type of exercise and possibly too much water, the weight is dropping. Probably losing to fast and the bodies internal defenses will come into play shortly.


I've been able to keep my calories relatively constant and have upped my movement a bit. Between covid and laziness it became a struggle to get out of the recliner.


I've lost 10.2 pounds since the start 2 weeks ago. I'm not feeling hungry, but I am feeling a bit lethargic at times.
